Tension Control bench is used to check the concentricity, the side run-out and tension of steel core of the diamond saw blade, by visual system on computer.

Tension Control Bench(Triangle shape) is used to check the concentricity, the side run-out and tension of steel core of the diamond saw blade, by visual system on computer software(TENDIEX) & encoder.
This machine has angle adjustment between sensor and pusher in order to get precise tension of the single blade according to material to be cut. Triangle shape allow to hammer on the machine to adjust flaness,espcially big diameter blade without taking out blade from machine.
MAIN FEATURES
- The table with a control spindle mounted on precision bearings with different diameter of flanges.
- Tension & side run out checking with angle between sensor & pusher to be not only 90 degree but also from 80 to 130 degree for different material to be cut to get very precised tension checking.
- A pneumatic cylinder piston with adjustable unidirectional thrust slide on vertical guide moving together with sensor on horizontal guide
- Automatic steel core locking system by pneumatic cylinder.
- All data could be stored on industrial computer data & print out report by printer
- Triangle shape allow to have space for hammering blade on the machine.
