Main Features
- Automatic loading/unloading of cores
- Automatic feeding of segments from ejected pre-filled magazine or from vibratory bowl
- Automatic detecting of eccentricity(option)
- Automatic detecting of core orientation(Slot angular position: Option)
- One by one segment welding obtained maintaining stationary the laser beam and moving
disk+segment by interpolation of X and Y axes with an "ARC" path in compliance
with the real measured data
- Positive radial force applied to the segment throughout the entire process
- Z1 vertical adjustment of core height versus stationary laser focussing lens
- Z2 vertical self-adjusting segment vertical positioning engineered to self maintain
segment by segment A=B(option)
- Fully automatic routine to perform welding of the opposite side of the disk if needed.
- Optionally suitable for drill cores
- Automatic quality control module to perform resistance quality of each welded segment
- Very fast and reliable cycle time
