Main Features

• Programming and storing through PLC where different programs are allowed.
• Proceeding with subsequent similar cycles.
  It is allowed to manufacture multi-layer diamond segments (upped 5 layers sandwich units, whole metal shoe segments etc.)
• The cold press is equipped with modular mosaic-system steel mould just to replace easily and quickly part intended to modify the geometry and / or thickness of compacted segments ever pressed in vertical or on flat position.
• Load cell type electronic balance.
• Laser segments production.
• One car go inside to pressing part, reduce press idle time and allows high productivity.
• Mould cleaning system per each pressing.
• Each dosing funnel is separate which avoid mixing of powder residue.
• Introduction of powder into mould without vibration to avoid segregation of diamond and excellent powder leveling.
• Automatic discharging of segments by special finger into front basket.
